Rod Orders
All rod orders may incur an increased shipping charge. The shipping charge shown when the order is submitted will be subject to change. The shipping charge reflected on your order confirmation e-mail will be the correct shipping cost.

Can I order something not listed on your website?
We do our best to provide the widest selection possible, however, if you are interested in an item that is not found on our website please email [email protected] and we can look into it for you.

How can I order?
You may order via our secure online ordering system or by phone. You may call Monday through Friday between 10am EST and 7pm EST and you may call Saturday between 9am EST and 2pm EST.  We are closed on Sundays. If you would like to place a phone order please call (678) 567-1211.

How can I pay?
You may pay via credit card with a Master Card, Visa, or Discover.  Please note that Radical Tackle may require additional information from you before we can process your order. 

How will my order be shipped?
We primarly use USPS Proirity Mail. But your order may also be delivered by standard FED EX or UPS Ground Service at the discretion of radicaltackle.com. 

How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery will be 3-10 business days from the time of shipment. You may receive multiple packages per order.
